I changed my avatar/image and it did not update!?

The problem is likely caused because your browser is caching the old image. Try doing a hard refreshon your Chess.com homepage and you should see the update:
If this does not work, try closing out the browser and re-opening it and/or logging out of your Chess.com account and then logging back in. And if none of these solutions work, please contact the Member Support department for further assistance. keywords: avatar |
