Community leagues are organized by dedicated admins and volunteers on Chess.com, not by the Chess.com staff.
Participation in Community Leagues can take different forms depending on the league's structure. You might represent a federation through a club, join a community club as a player, or build a team within a club to schedule matches, among other possibilities.
Please note that Community Leagues are different from Chess.com's Players League.
