Add alert@chess.com to your contacts or allowed sender list: We use alert@chess.com to send all emails from Chess.com. Adding this email address to your trusted contacts ensures you receive all emails from us.
Double-check your entered email address: Verify the email address you entered during registration. If there's a mistake, you can click the link on the registration page to update your email. If needed, you can also try registering again.
Resend activation link or update email: Log into your account and click on the banner at the top of the homepage. From there, you can resend the activation link or update your email address:
