If you've turned off auto-renewal and your membership is about to expire, you can easily restart it and make sure it renews automatically in your account settings!
How to restart your membership
Web
Go to Settings from the menu at the bottom left of any page on Chess.com.
From the settings menu, select Membership/Payment to view your active subscription - If your membership is not set to renew, you will see the option to Restart Membership:
Click on Restart Membership. You'll receive a notification confirming that your membership is reactivated.
Mobile
Android
Go to Google Play Store and tap on your Profile Icon to open your account settings:
Tap on Payments & Subscriptions:
From the Payments & Subscriptions menu, tap Subscriptions:
Open your subscription to the Chess.com app and tap Resubscribe:
Tap Resubscribe on the confirmation window to finish the resubscribing to your premium membership!
You won't be charged immediately - This action just reactivates your auto-renewal. So, when your renewal date arrives, you won't miss out on any of Chess.com's features!
iOS
Open the App Store and tap on your Profile Icon to access your Account Settings.
Tap on Subscriptions:
Find the Chess.com app under your Active subscriptions and tap on it to open your subscription settings.
Choose the subscription tier you want: Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. If you simply want to resubscribe without changes, select the same tier.
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish resubscribing to a Premium membership.
