If you paid by credit card or PayPal, our monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. If you are enjoying your benefits there is nothing you need to do!
How to cancel Auto-Renewal

Go to Settings from the menu at the bottom left of any page on Chess.com
From the settings menu, select Membership/Payment and click on Manage Account.
Click Cancel My Membership in the next two screens to apply the changes
Your membership will still be active. This will only cancel the renewal. You will not lose the time you have already paid for. Once your membership ends, you'll have to resubscribe or continue with a Basic account.

You must also cancel the renewal from within your PayPal or Apple account.
Click here to go to your subscriptions page on the iTunes Store
Click Manage Subscriptions and remove the Chess.com subscription
Go to play.google.com and make sure you are logged into the correct Google Account
At the left, click My Subscriptions
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Click Manage
Cancel Subscription
Within the confirmation pop-up, click Yes
