Multi-Club Arenas

Whether you're hosting a large event with prominent online clubs or a friendly competition with smaller local clubs, this feature makes organizing tournaments easy.

During the tournament, players will compete in games as they would in a regular arena, but their scores will count toward their club. The club with the highest score wins.

How to create a Multi Club Arena

If you're a club administrator or coordinator, follow these steps to set up a Multi-Club Arena:

  • Hover over 'Play' from the left side menu of any Chess.com page, and select 'Play' from the menu.

  • Click 'Tournaments' from the sidebar, and then 'Create' from the menu at the top of the Tournaments window.

  • Choose 'Multi-Club Arena' from the available formats, and use the drop-down menu to select the hosting club.

    • You can limit the maximum number of players per club and decide how many players will contribute to their club’s score.

  • After configuring all your settings, click 'Create.'
