The Work Number
If you need to verify someone's employment or past employment at Chess.com, we now use The Work Number to complete all verification requests.
Visit theworknumber.com, click ‘Get Started’ on the upper right corner of the screen and select ‘Verify for Your Organization’ to submit your verification request.
If you have any questions or trouble with this process, please visit their support for verifiers page.
If there are any other verification needs that The Work Number can not complete, you can contact the Chess.com People team at voe@chess.com.
Please only use this email as a last resort for verifications that can't be completed by The Work Number. The Work Number’s verification is much faster than emailing us directly.
