How can I get a refund for my Chess.com membership?

Information to keep in mind

  • All first-time credit card and Android subscriptions are given a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

  • Refunds will NOT be given to subscribers who are banned from the site due to violating the Terms and Conditions of site use (abusive behavior, cheating, etc).

  • Subscribers via iTunes are subject to Apple’s Subscription terms. Unfortunately, Apple does not provide a way for Chess.com to refund iTunes payments, and all refunds and claims must be made directly via Apple. Please see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
