How to connect or disconnect an external account
Chess.com allows you to sign in with your Google, Facebook, or Apple account, and also connect your Discord and Twitch accounts. If you're setting up a new account or want to manage these connections, follow the steps below to easily connect or disconnect your accounts.
Click the cogwheel icon ('Settings') in the bottom-left corner of any Chess.com page, then select 'All Settings.'
Click on 'Account' from the Settings menu, and scroll down to the 'Connected Accounts' section to see the options to connect with Facebook, Google, Apple, Twitch, and Discord.
If you want to change an existing connection, click 'Disconnect' to remove it, then click 'Connect' again to add a different one.
Once linked, you can log in using your new connection!
This can only be done on the Chess.com website and not the mobile apps.
