If you've had a negative interaction with a member and want to prevent any future contact, we provide a few ways to block that member.
Once blocked, a member cannot do any of the following:
Post notes to your account.
Send you messages.
Send you game challenges.
Send you a friend request.
Be auto-matched with you in open seeks.
Join tournaments that you are running.
Post in content that you created.
How to block a member
From their profile
Click 'More' and select 'Block' from the drop-down menu:
If the member is on your friends list you will first need to unfriend them before you see the option to block.
From your settings
Click on 'Settings' at the bottom of the left-side menu and select 'Blocking' from the settings menu:
Here you can enter the username of the member you want to block and click 'Block User' to apply the changes. Below the text box, you'll see a list of any members you are already blocking.
To unblock a member, simply click 'Unblock' next to their username:
Reporting and blocking a member
Click on their username from anywhere on the site and then click the button.
Select 'Report' from the drop-down:
This will open a window for you to report the user. After you have selected the reason for your report, check the 'Block' box at the bottom of the window and click 'Report' to submit your report and block the member:
