How to upgrade/downgrade a membership

Go to 'Settings' from the menu at the bottom left of any page on Chess.com

From the settings menu, select 'Membership/Payment' to view your active subscription

To upgrade or downgrade your membership, click 'Membership Plans.'

Select which plan you'd like to change to and click 'Switch My Plan.'

From the settings menu, select 'Membership/Payment' and click 'Manage Account'

Click 'Cancel My Membership' in the next two screens to apply the changes.
