How to Upgrade/Downgrade a Membership:
Go to Settings from the menu at the bottom left of any page on Chess.com.
From the settings menu, select Membership/Payment to view your active subscription.
To upgrade or downgrade your membership, click on the Membership Plans button.
Select which plan you'd like to change to and click Switch My Plan:
How to Cancel a Membership:
Go to Settings from the menu at the bottom left of any page on Chess.com.
From the settings menu, select Membership/Payment and click on Manage Account.
Click Cancel My Membership in the next two screens to apply the changes:
