How can I reset my bot crowns?

After selecting the bot you want to play against, you can choose the difficulty level which will determine how many crowns you earn after defeating it:

One crown would be earned if the Maria bot is beaten using assistance

To view your crowns, simply go to 'Play Bots' where your crowns will appear next to each bot's avatar.

How to reset your bot crowns

If you've defeated all the bot personalities or want to reset your progress, you can easily reset your crowns in your settings! Here’s how:

  • Hover over 'Settings' in the bottom left menu on any Chess.com page.

  • Select 'Bots' from the settings menu and then click the red 'Reset Crowns' button. This will remove all your crowns and give you a fresh start with the bots!

How to reset the bot crowns on Chess.com

Currently, you can only reset your bot crowns on the Chess.com website and not on the mobile apps.
