Respect the brand!
Do not create the impression that Chess.com is a sponsor or is endorsing your content. Do not create any materials that are similar to Chess.com logos or trademarks. Don't modify Chess.com assets and trademarks without our permission.

Don't manufacture or distribute (free or otherwise) physical items (such as t-shirts or hats or etc) that have the Chess.com logo or other assets, unless you have a separate written agreement with Chess.com allowing you to do so.

Do I need permission to stream or post games that I play on Chess.com?
No, permission is not needed! You can stream or post any of your games on Chess.com, as long as you follow the above rules.
Can I stream or post premium content such as the lessons and videos on Chess.com?
No, you may not stream or post Chess.com's paid content. You may use this content as coaching material with students, but please do not post or stream our paid content to the public.
