Hover over 'Social' on the left side menu of any Chess.com page and select 'Friends.'
Click on 'Friend Requests' on the right side of the screen to see all your pending friend requests.
Here you can use the 'X' and check icons to either accept or decline the request. The sender will not be notified if you decline.

Mobile
The steps below work for both the Chess.com website and the mobile apps.
Friend requests appear under the bell icon at the top of your home screen.
Tap the bell to view the request, then choose to accept or decline it.
