Click Live Chat on the banner of the club you want to chat in -This will open a chat window at the bottom of the screen. Here you can see the chat history, and chat with whoever is in the room.

Click on the smiley face icon to the right of the text bar if you want to add one to your message

Here you can see the chat history, and chat with whoever is in the room. You can see who is online by looking at the panel on the right side.

You can filter the chat by clicking on the Settings Gear at the top of the chat room - This can be helpful if there are a lot of people in the chat room.

Hover over the message and click on the x on the right side:

After the message is deleted, it will still be visible in red, but only to admins. Regular club members and coordinators will not see deleted messages. To restore a deleted message, click on the restore icon:

Click on their name in the chat room

Click on the red chat icon

You can also choose to mute and delete all the member's messages at once by clicking on the trash can icon. OR you can simply send a warning, by clicking on the flag icon.
