What can Master Advice help with?
Personalized recommendations on how to improve your game.
Guidance on the right content and training tools for you based on what you’re trying to learn. E.g. 'I want to improve my positional play.'
High-level feedback on a specific game.
Recommended openings based on your past performance.
What Master Advice can't help with
Anything resembling an in-depth coaching session.
Provide detailed game or position analysis.
Help with technical issues, account issues, or restrictions. For such inquiries, please contact our Support team instead.
How to use Master Advice
To get in touch with one of our Titled support members, click 'Master Advice' in the bottom left menu of any Chess.com page —this will open a chat window where you can start a conversation and be paired with one of our Masters!
