Scroll down to the 'Details' section and click 'Change' next to your username.
Enter your new username and your password.
If you registered with a social account like Google, Apple, or Facebook, you won't be asked for a password to complete the change. But if you do, simply setup a password first with the Change Password and then try to change the username.
Click 'Save' to apply the changes.
If the username you want is taken by an inactive account, you may request it from our Support team. Check out this article to learn the requirements: How do I request an inactive username?

Please choose carefully. Members can only change their username once every 90 days!

You cannot change your username if you are in a Live Chess game in another window.
