How do I request a refund for a Course?
Click 'Support' from the menu at the bottom left of any Chess.com page to open de Messenger.
Select 'Contact support,' and click 'Get Started.'
Select 'Get more help' to skip the articles search and type 'I'd like to be refunded for a course.' This sentence is important to be taken to the correct team!
Follow the prompts and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Limitations on multiple refund requests
Refund requests for the same course cannot be processed more than once. For instance, if you request a refund for a course and later repurchase it, you will not be able to request a refund for the same course again.
