FAQs
Can my game history and ratings be transferred?
No. Game history and ratings cannot be moved over; starting fresh is part of the transfer process.
What if I didn't receive the invitation email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our Support Team to have a manual setup link sent to you.
Can I appeal the closure instead of creating a new account?
Yes! You can submit the Fair Play Appeal Application Form to request a review of your account closure. The link to the form can be found in the email you received notifying you of the closure.
If your appeal is denied, you can still create a new account and transfer all eligible details, such as your premium membership, friends list, and League placement.
Will my Premium membership time carry over?
Yes. Any remaining Premium time will be applied to your new account automatically.
What happens if my membership was purchased through Apple?
If your closed account had a membership purchased through Apple, it may still be transferred to your new account. However, make sure to cancel the auto-renewal in your iTunes account for the closed account.
