Try hitting "control+F5" (PC) or Command-R (Mac) on your keyboard to do a hard refresh.
If that doesn't work, clearing your browser's cache may help.
Note: If you are using Safari please note that, unfortunately, the Safari browser does not fully support all JavaScript. You have 2 options:
Try Chrome or Firefox - you will have better results!
Or at least ensure you have the latest version of the Safari browser (http://www.apple.com/safari/download/) - that will most likely solve the problem.
Note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Windows, and no longer receives updates! This means that modern websites like Chess.com may have certain features that don't work or behave strangely on Internet Explorer.
