How to mute/unmute a club member

  1. Go to your club page and click on 'Members' on the right sidebar.

  2. In the Members menu, find the member you want to mute or unmute, click 'Action,' and then select 'Mute' or 'Unmute' from the dropdown.

 Members who are muted and attempt to post in the club forums will receive a message indicating they are no longer allowed to post. They will not receive any notification about their muted status or who applied it.


How to ban/un-ban a member

To ban a member

  1. Navigate to your member's list by selecting 'Members' from the menu on your right.

  2. Click 'Action' next to the member's profile and choose 'Ban' from the drop-down menu.

To un-ban a member

  1. Go to the club members list and click on 'Most Recently Active.'

  2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Banned Members' to view the list of banned members.

  3. Locate the member you want to unban, click 'Action,' and then select 'Un-Ban' from the drop-down menu.
