How to mute/unmute a club member

  • Go to your club page and click on 'Members' in the right-hand menu

  • In the 'Members' menu, find the member you want to mute or unmute, click on 'Action,' and then select 'Mute' or 'Unmute' from the dropdown.

📝 Members who are muted and attempt to post in the club forums will receive a message indicating they are no longer allowed to post. They will not receive any notification about their muted status or who applied it.


How to ban/un-ban a member

To ban a member

  • Navigate to your member's list by selecting 'Members' from the menu on your right

  • Click 'Actionnext to the member's profile and choose 'Ban' from the drop-down menu.

To un-ban a member

  • Go to the club members list and click on 'Most Recently Active'

  • From the drop-down menu, select 'Banned Members' to view the list of banned members

  • Locate the member you want to unban, click 'Action,' and then select 'Un-Ban' from the drop-down menu.
