If you've just tried out the Gold 1-year membership and realized you want unlimited analysis with the Platinum plan, you might be wondering about the cost to upgrade. Here's what you need to know:

Do you have to pay the full price to upgrade?

  • Credit/debit card or PayPal: If you paid with a credit or debit card or PayPal, you'll receive a discount for the unused portion of your current membership. The discount will be applied at the final purchase screen.

  • Google Play: If you paid via Google Play, any remaining balance from your current subscription will be converted into extra membership time on your new plan. You won't be charged until your original payment credit is used up, then the full price of the new plan will apply.

  • Apple iTunes: If you paid through Apple iTunes, you will be charged the full amount for the new membership, but Apple should refund part of the remaining balance from your original subscription.

📝 Gift subscriptions cannot be used as credit. If you’re upgrading from a gift subscription, no discount will apply.

How much will you be discounted?

The discount you receive depends on how much of your current subscription you've already used. For example, if you have a 1-year subscription and have used 6 months, you'd get a 50% discount on the upgrade price.

No need to worry about 'wasting' your current subscription—you can upgrade at any time!
