This error can sometimes happen on the app when you try to log in. You may receive a message saying that your account cannot be created, even if you aren't trying to create a new account.

To resolve this, reinstall the app. After the app has been deleted, your device reset, and then the app installed again, the issue should be resolved!

If a reinstall doesn't work, then this may be something to do with your account, please write to support and provide your username and we'll get it figured out!
