Closing your account
Clicking Close My Account will completely terminate your account - It is not for just canceling your premium membership. If you have a premium membership it will appear on this same page and you will be able to cancel your membership.

Click on Settings from the menu at the bottom left corner of any page on Chess.com.
Select Membership / Payment near the bottom.
On your membership management pag, click on Manage Account at the top-right corner.
Enter your password and a captcha under Confirm your Identity.
This will show you the option Close My Account. Click on it if you are certain you want to close your account:

Tap More in the bottom right of your home screen, then tap Settings.
Tap on Account from the Settings menu.
On your Account page, tap on the small text that says Tap Here:
