How can I contact Chess.com Support?

You can easily reach our Support team from any page on Chess.com. We recommend logging into your account first so we can access your account details and provide better support, but if you can’t log in or are locked out, don’t worry, you can still get in touch.

Here’s how to contact Support on both the web and mobile:

  1. Click the cogwheel icon ('Settings') in the bottom-left corner of any Chess.com page, then select 'Help & Support.' This will open a new chat window.

  2. Click ‘Start conversation’ in the messenger window. You’ll first see an option to find an article in our Help Center that might answer your question, or you can select ‘Get more help’ to type your question and get direct assistance.

  3. Type your message and send it our way. Please be as clear and detailed as possible in your first message so we can help you more accurately!
